Mead went undercover during an Arsenal media day to stitch up team-mate Russo. The England star was tasked with a number of 'Spy Sports' challenges, including showing off her 'awkward dancing' moves, and had no problems at all getting her team-mate involved.

"This is too easy!" was Mead's verdict after completing the challenge. She also successfully managed to get Russo to say the word 'tractor,' put stickers on her team-mates without them noticing and was given "10 out of 10" for her efforts.
GOALTHE BIGGER PICTURE
Arsenal will be gunning for the WSL title in 2024-25 after an underwhelming campaign last time out. The Gunners have gone five years since being crowned champions of England and face a tricky start to the season with Manchester City up first. The team also head into the match off the back of a 1-0 defeat to Hacken in Champions League qualifying in midweek. Manchester City finished as runners-up last season, one place above Arsenal, and have brought in Vivianne Miedema from the north London club over the summer.
