Arsenal star Bukayo Saka insists he is "coming back stronger" after undergoing surgery on his hamstring.

The 23-year-old limped off against Crystal Palace earlier this month, with it later emerging he would be out for at least two months with a hamstring injury. After successfully undergoing surgery, the England international has sent a defiant message on social media.

Alongside a photo from his hospital bed, he wrote on Instagram: "The majority see obstacles, but few see the opportunities. Recovery has begun and I’m coming back stronger! Thank you all for your messages #GodsPlan🙏🏿."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Saka has, arguably, been Arsenal's best player in recent seasons and not having him available is a huge blow for Mikel Arteta's side. The winger will hope that the Gunners are still competing for the biggest trophies upon his injury return, although Jamie Carragher believes they rely too much on him.
